June 2013: Gilbert Evans acted as advisor to the Barton Grange Group on the sale of its Bolton Garden Centre to The Garden Centre Group. The Barton Grange Group has retained its other garden centre and nursery businesses within the Group.

This transaction provides yet more evidence of the continuing demand for successful, well-run centres”.
