June 2013: Gilbert Evans advised Summerseat Garden Centre Ltd. on its acquisition of Stephen H. Smith’s Garden & Leisure Bolton branch located at Radcliffe Moor Road, Bradley Fold. The 1.67 hectares purpose-built garden centre includes a Hattie’s Restaurant and an Edinburgh Woollen Mill concession.
Summerseat Garden Centre Ltd. owner, John Ainscow, explained: “We have always admired Stephen H. Smith’s Bolton garden centre and when it came on the market, we knew it would present us with a great opportunity for expansion.”
