December 2010: Gilbert Evans has announced that one of its partners, Andrew Hamilton, is retiring and leaving the partnership at the end of this year. With over forty years of development and valuation experience under his belt, including being one of the UK’s few specialist valuers of garden centre businesses, Hamilton will continue to provide consultancy services to Gilbert Evans on a part time basis.
